Director of Sports Performance
Bill Goudy is the long time coach and one of the original founders of the Blue Chips Baseball Club. In his time with the Blue Chips, he helped lead them to two USA Cup Gold Medals (2014 & 2018) and developed over 50 players that went on to play in college (D1, D2, D3, & JUCO). Bill is the current US Elite 2021 Head Coach, an assistant/hitting/fielding coach for John Carroll High School Varsity Baseball. Bill is an OnBaseU and K-Motion Certified Hitting Coach. Aside from his work with teams, Bill has worked with both baseball and softball hitters to redefine their swing and approach to hitting. Bill is committed to developing athletes and people both on the field and in their lives outside the lines.
Travis Hash, CSCS, RSCC, CSAS
Director of Strength and Conditioning
Travis Hash is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Over his career Travis has worked with some of Maryland's best high school and college athletes and is a 3x Honorable Mention for Harford County's Best Personal Trainer (2016, 2017, &2018). In addition to his work in private strength and conditioning, Travis spent two seasons (2017 & 2018) as the head strength and conditioning coach at CCBC-Dundalk Baseball and is the current head strength and conditioning coach for Loyola Blakefield Baseball & Football. As a former college baseball player, Travis won the Rawlings Gold Glove Award as a SS.
