About Our Program
our strength and conditioning programs are designed to improve performance and decrease the likelihood of injury. We take a safe and effective approach to sports performance that is backed by the latest scientific research.
All ASP athletes complete a thorough athletic evaluation to assess areas of need and allow us to design an effective training program to address them.
Athletes train in groups of 8-10 which creates a competitive, but still personal, training environment. Training programs are designed to the individual needs of each athlete.
