Opened in Fall of 2019, Towson Sports Medicine Abingdon offers the best in Sports Performance Physical Therapy in Harford County. We are located within Absolute Sports Performance. ASP specializes in individualized strength and conditioning programming and baseball/softball skill development. Our experienced staff will treat athletes and active individuals of all ages and skill levels. We offer return to sport therapy, blood flow restriction, dry needling, cupping and manual therapy. Our therapists have full access to the strength and conditioning area, as well as batting cages and a turf area.
James Bickley DPT, CSCS, CMTPT
James graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Exercise Science from Towson University and a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Maryland, Baltimore.
James has experience working with middle school through collegiate level athletes, sports medicine, sports performance, and general outpatient orthopedics.

His interests include an eclectic approach to manual therapy, dry needling, return to sport rehabilitation, blood flow restriction (BFR) training, applying strength and conditioning principles in rehabilitation, and rehabilitation of swimmers, runners, jumpers, court, field, and overhead athletes.
